Return and Exchange Policy

At FTT Clothing, we stand by the quality of our products and aim to provide you with a great experience. Please note that all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or offer refunds. However, we offer exchanges only in the case of a defect, incorrect size, or color mismatch.

1. Exchange Eligibility

We offer exchanges for the following reasons only:

  • Defective Product: If the item you received has a manufacturing defect.
  • Incorrect Size: If the size delivered does not match the size you ordered.
  • Color Mismatch: If the color of the product delivered is different from the color you ordered.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item.

2. Exchange Process

To request an exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at support@fttclothing.com with the following information:

    • Order number
    • Reason for exchange (defect, incorrect size, or color mismatch)
    • Photos of the item showing the issue
  2. Exchange Approval: Once we receive your request and review the issue, we will respond within 2-3 business days to confirm if your item qualifies for an exchange.

  3. Shipping the Item Back: If your exchange is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back to us. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be defective.

  4. Replacement Item: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the exchange. We will ship the replacement item to you at no additional cost.


3. Important Notes

  • No Returns or Refunds: Please note that we do not accept returns, nor do we offer refunds on any orders. All sales are final.
  • Exchanges for Approved Reasons Only: Exchanges are strictly limited to cases of defect, incorrect size, or color mismatch. We cannot accept exchanges for other reasons, including change of mind or personal preferences.
  • Condition of Item: Items must be in their original, unworn condition to qualify for an exchange.
